One of the select few Internationally Accredited Corporate Coaches in Sri Lanka (accredited by the International Coaching Federation, USA), Leon Prescott is a Professional Certified Coach, on a path to becoming a Master Certified Coach. He received his professional training from the Corporate Coaching Academy in Kuala Lumpur, Asia’s largest professional coach training centre, headed by Dr Michael Heah, world-renowned author and Master Coach.
Holding a degree in Psychology from the University of Bremen, Germany, Leon has garnered knowledge encompassing a variety of subjects. In addition to over 25 years of local and international business acumen in an expansive range of disciplines, he also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom.
Having lived in Europe and Asia for a number of years and travelling extensively throughout his career, Leon has developed a greater understanding of various cultures and their own unique perspectives.
What Leon hopes to bring to his clients is a fresh perspective on several key topics in the corporate sector, which are important to the direction of an organisation’s future growth.
He coaches on a variety of issues in a wide spectrum of industries. But no matter what the business is, he is quick to point out that a shift in management’s focus makes all the difference in keeping the company competitive. He feels his extensive coaching with these organizations has proven that he can coach executive management and improve team performance with measurable results.
Leon defines himself as a Results Coach. His aim is to make sure that the results achieved are perfectly aligned with the clients’ core values. Leon often uses the GROW coaching model to structure his sessions, alongside Logical and neurological levels and SMART goals.
