Dr Michael Heah is a renowned ICF-Master Certified Coach and an Adjunct Professor with the Graduate Business School of a leading local University. He is well regarded as the ‘Father of Coaching’ for being the pioneer of Professional Coaching and the first ICF Professional Coach in this region. He was instrumental in bringing the ICF brand of Coaching to this region some 18 years ago, which has become today the top Coaching brand here and in all parts of the world.

His vision and coach-leadership qualities have earned him many awards and recognitions; among them are the Asia- Pacific Brand Laureate for Coaching and the Top 100 Coach Leader Awards; testimony of his contributions in the Coaching World, which includes the setting of Coaching Standards for the Coaching Industry, becoming a coach-author of 4 best-selling Coaching Books, a coach columnist for local and regional media, the setting the ICF Malaysia Chapter (and the first President), and Founder/Chairman of the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches.

His Coaching School, Corporate Coach Academy is not only the first in this region, but the leading one as well for training and certifying the most leaders from all over the world to become competent coach leaders. It is also one of the 2 coaching schools in this region with 2 accreditation statuses of the ACSTH and ACTP, which are only accorded to coaching schools with the highest teaching quality standards. In this regard his coaching school delivers a full range of coaching programs from non-certification to certification leading to the Associate, Professional and the Master Certified Coach level.

Michael has a doctorate in Tourism, a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Psychology, and a business degree; all from various UK Universities.
